Package Overview:
This package is a 3-stage process.
This first stage is a 60-minute self-inquiry session to help identify any unhelpful areas of the mind that are consistently creating stress and struggle in your day-to-day life.
The second stage is a 60-minute hypnosis session where I will bring you into a deep state of hypnosis and then offer the mind the opportunity to drop the burdens that it's been carrying for many years. The information gathered from the initial self-inquiry session will also allow the mind to let go more easily of any patterns that are no longer working.
The third stage is an integration session where we'll focus on highlighting the changes and realizations that have started to happen and then focus these changes in a clear direction moving forward so that the inner transformation you're experiencing is supported with additional insight and clarity.
